Jeff Peterson with Commerical Partners Exchange Company, LLC is an entertaining speaker who is able to explain important waelth building tax strategies in a clear, understandable way. He works primarily in facilitation of standadr deferred 1031 exchanges, as well as "TIC" exchanges, :build to suit" exchanges, "reverse" exchanges and aircraft "personal property" exchanges.
Jeff received his B.A. and law degree from the University of Minnesota. He is a frequent speaker on various topics to 1031 exchanges. Jeff is a former adjunct tax-law professor and a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association as well as the American Bar Association Tax Section.
